The 1st stage is evaluating the deal. At this point you want to know if the deal is even worth pursuing. To find out this information you're going to need to look at a number of different factors that we can help you with, including finding and analyzing comparable sales data.

The 3rd stage in the process is staging and rehabing the property to make it presentable for the new owner, lessee or renter. We'll show you how to do a cost effective rehabiliation including what to improve and what not to improve. We'll show you where to find skilled and unskilled help, materials and how to do cost estimates.

After you determine that you do in fact have a deal, the 2nd stage in the process would be to close on the deal. We'll advise you on how to present an offer, the necessary forms and contracts, where to find financing and every other piece of the puzzle required to get you through until you are the new owner.

The 4th stage in the process is taking that pretty house and selling it, leasing it, renting it or wholesaling it. We'll show you where to spend your advertising dollars and what'll only waste your time and money. We'll tell you how to avoid unmotivated buyers, renters that'll destroy your property and lessees that want your constant undivided attention to every little minor problem.
